Included in your hire as Standard

Extra named drivers, Late Night Key Drop Off, Unlimited Mileage, European Travel, Congestion Charge ULEZ are included at no extra cost to the hirer.

To qualify as a driver for any vehicle the driver must have the following:

1. Held a UK/EU licence for a minimum of 2 years

2. No more than six penalty points on their driving licence

3. No accidents/claims/convictions/bans in the last three years

4. Be at least 25 years of age and under the age of 75

Evidence required to hire

1. A front and back photo of driving licence photo card (for ALL drivers).

2. Two Utility bills/proofs of address dated in the last three months with current address matching driving licence.

3. National Insurance number.

4. All drivers must sign our T&Cs document (the Rental Agreement).

5. A £1500 security deposit whilst the vehicle is in use - this is payable by BACS before hire.

Excess protection

This is something which we do not currently offer, however we are happy for hirers to use a third party company for this cover. We recommend ICarHire.com - please remember to choose the Car option, as the Van option does not give cover for passengers.

Payment

To secure and confirm your booking we require a non-refundable 50% holding deposit (Minimum £250). This can be paid via BACS bank transfer and is deducted from your hire cost. We will then require the remaining full fee 1 week prior to the van leaving us. Your security/damage deposit will also be taken then. This will be refunded upon safe and undamaged return of the vehicle and its contents.

Collections:

Our vans are kept at Regent Studios, Andrews Road, E8 4QN and handover will take place here, this needs to be between the hours 9-5, unless agreed in advance.

Drop Offs/Late Drop offs:

In the event of a late drop off, please inform The Company promptly on 07904954475 as keys will need to be posted to a nearby address, details of which will be arranged with you on the day. Late night drop offs must arranged in advance, here the van can be returned anytime before 6am. Please take a video of the van during drop off to show the condition it was left in, this covers you and will help to clear up the cause of any potential damages.

Leaving a vehicle with us:

If you wish to leave a vehicle with us whilst you are on the road this can be arranged free of charge, please organise when making the booking as we will need so sort you a permit. This is off road parking with CCTV and locked gates out of hours. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any damages/theft caused during this time, as other businesses use the same car park.
